CLARINDA, Iowa - The Lied Public Library has once again received a seal of approval from the State Library of Iowa.
Library director Andrew Hoppman told KXCV/KRNW that they received accreditation again this year, as they have every three years since 2004.
Hoppman adds the library has to meet certain standards for staffing, materials, policies and building upkeep. The latest accreditation is valid through June 30, 2023.KXCV-KRNW
